The entire Seemanchal region of Bihar and adjoining Uttar Dinajpur district of West Bengal is impatiently waiting for the establishment of off-campus (special) centre of the prestigious Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) in Kishanganj. The proposal of Study Centre of AMU that was made public in the year 2008 is still far from getting its shape on the offered site at Chakla Village in the outskirts of district headquarters of Kishanganj. The AMU Kishanganj dreamers, education lovers and activists from Bihar, here is a wonderful news for you all. The Rahmani Foundation known for its IIT coaching centre Rahmani 30 and many other educational projects has reached to north-eastern district of Kishanganj with its multiple projects. Recently the Foundation has purchased 300 acres land at Shitalpur Village in Kishanganj.
During the talk with KBC Editor, a member of Rahmani Foundation had shared that the projects for Kishanganj include the schools for boys and girls upto 10+2 level. In addition to these, technical institutions along with contemporary courses will also be introduced in the Kishanganj campus of Rahmani Foundation.
An Urdu newspaper of Bihar talked to District Magistrate (DM) of Kishanganj Dr. Sandeep Kumar Pudalkatti regarding the proposal of Rahmani Foundation and the latest updates. As per the DM of Kishanganj, the district administration has started the land measurement work at Shitalpur. Dr. Sandeep told that he himself visited the land of Rahmani Foundation for monitoring the measurement work. DM Kishanganj told that there is no any chance of any rift on the site where the multiple educational institutions will be established.

Besides the DM of Kishanganj, the Deputy Collector Mohammad Kalimuddin is visiting the land of Rahmani Foundation along with DSLR Qamar Alam and dozens other officials from the District Administration. In fact, the proposed mega projects of Rahmani Foundation for Kishanganj have full support from the Government of Bihar. Maulana Mohammad Wali Rahmani, the Chairman of Rahmani Foundation shares a good rapport with Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and top leaders of his party, hence the proposal of Rahmani Foundation will come into existence in short time.
