1
When it comes to mismanagement the Education department of Bihar especially the district of Kishanganj comes first. On Tuesday (December 14, 2011), worst instance of management was seen in the Hall Ticket distribution for Bihar Elementary Teacher Eligibility Test (BETET)-2011 scheduled on December 20 and 21 As per our local correspondent Mohammad Manazir Ahsan there were long queues at National High School, Inter High School, Girls High School, Siksha Sudhar Middle School and Anjuman Islamia Madarsa. There was nothing proper in the name of management at any counter of the above mentioned schools, even there was no any special arrangement for female candidates.
